Broadcast Bro’s delivers throughout South Africa using approved courier partners.

Delivery Charges

For deliveries within South Africa, a flat courier fee of R100 applies to all orders with a total value below R1,000.

Orders with a total value of R1,000 or more qualify for free delivery within South Africa.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Supplier stock availability
Product type
Delivery location
Import lead times

Estimated delivery times are provided where possible but are not guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Broadcast Bro’s shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Customs delays
Supplier shortages
Import delays
Courier disruptions
Force majeure events
Load shedding
Civil unrest
Adverse weather conditions

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

Providing complete and accurate delivery information
Ensuring someone is available to receive the goods
Providing a delivery address that is reasonably accessible to the courier

Additional courier charges may apply where a delivery fails due to incorrect information, an inaccessible delivery location, or no authorised person being available to receive the order.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with Broadcast Bro’s (Pty) Ltd until payment has been received in full.
