AJA HD5DA Distribution Amplifier

The AJA HD5DA Distribution Amplifier is a compact, professional-grade SDI signal distribution solution designed for broadcast, live production and AV applications. Featuring a 1x4 distribution architecture, the HD5DA allows a single SDI or HD-SDI signal to be distributed to four destinations while maintaining exceptional signal integrity.

Equipped with four independently buffered outputs, the HD5DA ensures stable and reliable signal delivery throughout your workflow. Automatic input cable equalization supports cable lengths of up to 100 metres, helping to minimise signal degradation and maintain consistent performance over extended runs.

The HD5DA automatically detects and supports multiple SDI data rates, making it suitable for both legacy SD installations and modern HD production environments. It can also function as a signal repeater, extending transmission distances where additional signal strength is required.

Its compact design allows for easy installation behind monitors, inside equipment racks, on mobile production systems or within fly packs. Combined with a locking power connector and optional battery operation, the HD5DA provides dependable performance for both fixed and portable production environments.
