The Blackmagic Design Mini Converter Optical Fiber 12G converts SDI video to optical fibre and optical fibre back to SDI for long-distance professional video transport.

It supports SD, HD, 3G, 6G and 12G-SDI formats up to DCI 4K60 and can transmit and receive independent video signals in both directions simultaneously. An industry-standard optical fibre module can be installed to match the required SDI rate and fibre type.

The rugged compact converter includes a universal power supply and is ideal for venues, broadcast facilities, outside broadcasts and campus-wide AV systems. The optical fibre module is sold separately.
