Camgear V20S AL GS Tripod System
The Camgear V20S AL GS is a professional ENG tripod system designed for heavier camera configurations that require dependable support, accurate balancing and controlled camera movement.
At the centre of the system is the V20S fluid head, providing a maximum system payload of 25kg. This gives operators the capacity to work with professional ENG cameras and larger production rigs while retaining the control required for smooth pans, tilts and precise framing.
The V20S provides 8-step pan and tilt drag, allowing the operator to adjust the resistance of the head to suit different camera builds and shooting styles. A multi-step counterbalance system helps balance the camera on the head, while the 70mm sliding range provides additional adjustment when positioning the camera's centre of gravity.
The head offers a full 360° pan range and tilt movement from +90° to -75°, providing the movement range needed for live production, broadcast, events and ENG applications. A Mini Euro plate system allows the camera to be mounted and removed efficiently during setup and breakdown.
This configuration pairs the V20S with Camgear's ENG/AL2 2-stage aluminium tripod and GS-2 ground spreader. The complete system offers a working height range of 61cm to 170cm, folds to 88cm for transport and weighs approximately 8.6kg.
