Lambda 25 Third Axis
Cartoni Lambda 25 Third Axis adds a third rotation axis to an existing Lambda 25 nodal head. It is intended for a camera setup that needs nodal adjustment across three axes, including underslung work from an appropriate dolly or crane. It is an add-on assembly rather than a complete Lambda 25 head.
Installation places the third-axis unit between the Lambda 25’s two L-shaped frames. This changes the head configuration, so the final rig needs to be assembled and balanced for the planned camera package. Cartoni specifies a 20 kg maximum payload for this third-axis product.
The package includes the third-axis assembly, a short camera plate for the inverted slide and two 1 kg counterweights. Match this HL2500/TA unit to Lambda 25; it should not be confused with the separate Lambda 50 Third Axis assembly.
