Cartoni Total Dutch adds lateral camera rotation to a suitable heavy-duty pan-and-tilt head. Its 360° movement provides a way to create Dutch-angle compositions or a full rotating shot while retaining the existing head for the other camera movements. The specified maximum camera payload is 25 kg.

A central opening in the steering wheel provides a cable path. The short camera plate accommodates inversion of the slide, and two 1 kg counterweights help with nodal positioning around the optical centre. Continuous fluid drag provides adjustable resistance for the rotation.

The complete unit installs on top of an appropriate head using two 3/8-inch screws. The package includes the Total Dutch assembly, matching camera plate and counterweights. The supporting pan-and-tilt head, camera and tripod are separate parts of the final production rig.
